The Fifth Annual Dinner in the Vineyard
Thanks to everyone who has registered to celebrate Stryker Sonoma Winery's Fifth Annual "Dinner in the Vineyard" feast on August 7th 2009.
Executive chef Mike Matson has been in the gardens and working the local markets, and based
on the freshest ingredients available, has finalized his menu. To whet your appetite, the evening's dinner menu follows below.
If you haven't yet registered, we have a few remaining seats, and we have extended the RSVP
deadline to August 3rd. As a reminder we have also included the evening's details offered in our original invite.
We'll see you in the vines!

The Evening's Details
Set amongst the winery's old vine zinfandel vineyard, this historic and beautiful site is
transformed into an idyllic wine country dining experience.
The three-course meal, created by executive chef Mike Matson of Vintage Valley Catering,
highlights our signature Stryker Sonoma wines, and features fresh seasonal ingredients sourced
from our winemaker's very own garden.
As tradition warrants, tableside service will be provided by your favorite wine stewards, winery
proprietor Craig MacDonald and winemaker Tim Hardin.
Enjoy old world accordion styles as the sun sets over the vineyard in the west, as a spectacular
full moon rises in the eastern, twilight sky.
Cheese & Wine reception with passed appetizers begins at 6:00pm in the cafe,
dinner seating at 7:00pm.
